Concept Planning and Facility Development.A spa facility is created in which the desired atmosphere and the building's technical functions are achieved harmoniously. This is achieved with detailed discussions with the client to ensure that the Spa Concept meets not only the needs of the client, but that it is operationally practical and capable of meeting financial projections.

  • Spa Concept planning and design.

      Stage Two

Operations and Program implementation.A personalized spa program is designed to suit the clientele, planning for retail sales, marketing, staff recruitment and training, plus the set-up of all programs and operations.

  • Overall planning, budgeting, design and tendering.
  • Overall technical planning - M & E as well as development of special sound and light projects.
  • Realization of the interior design concept.
  • Spa management and spa therapist recruitment.
  • Spa staff training programs.
  • Development of customized spa operations manuals

  • Formulate marketing plan, advertising and public relations.
      Stage Three

OperationalThis stage involves our obligation to the successful opening of the facility and further ongoing supervision, evaluation programs or ongoing management as mutually agreed.

  • Administer and supervise start-up of all programs and operations.
  • Opening supervision, such as: Organization of special events for important target groups (VIPs, journalists, etc.)
  • Seminars, workshops, training and performance analysis.
  • On-going operations and management.

With our wealth of industry experience, we can conduct a spa audit of existing spas, to provide existing spa operators with a professional spa audit report as to the effectiveness of their staff training and what really goes on once the treatment room door is closed. The audit can include front-of-house service and standards, or can also include back-of-house operations if requested. A full and detailed report will be prepared including recommended corrective action to be taken.
